Architectonic Project
Starting from the first interview, asking all the questions that can give the Architect the data needed to create and satisfy the customer requirements. Using the experience and background of 20 years of professional practice and the passion and respect of the matter. We start with the presentation of sketches and plans on the meetings needed with the client, we can arrive to the final Architectonic project. In Mexico there are several plans that are required in order to obtain the permits needed, plans that have specifications, notes and information are drawn and presented. Depending on the architectonic project, presentation plans and perspectives might be done.
Project Managment
Project managment is our speciality. Using our experience, quality personnel and structure, we combine the use of modern thecnology and construction administration background in order to achieve on-time with-in budget projects.
Installations project
As part of the project with our engineering conultants we design the installations needed such as water, sewege, high and low electric systems, lighting, HVAC, telephone, satellite tv systems, security systems all of them with the specifications needed and required.
Structural studies and Plans
Relating to the structural part, starting with the ground tests needed, the design of the foundation, walls, retaining walls, concrete and steel beams, columns, roofs and special structures are calculated and specificated by our engineering consultants team.
Permits
In Mexico there are several offices that need to grant permits depending on the type and location of the project. Instances such as SEMARNAT, CFE, Municipal and State offices need to authorize projects. Our expertise on such matter, designing from the beginning what we know accomplies with the exisiting regulations, give us the security to program works and take care of this part of the project.
Budget
We develop and finish our projects based on an exhausting analisys of cost. Once having the complete project, with the installation and structural plans and specifications finished, we enter into the accounting process in wich we explote the whole project and analyse each construction concept. That way we can know how many cement, iron, bricks, labor days of workers, etc. will be needed in order to complete the project. And have an exact amount of cost of the total.
Programming
Once having the total budget, we continue with the programming of the works depending on the cash flow and requirements of our client.
External Supervision
Having the expertise to design, develop, manage and budget a project, we provide assistance to clients in need of an external supervision when a different company is doing a construction. We review all the numbers presented by other companies, use laboratory tests and analysis in order to report the work quality and cost.
